Recently our good friend Rick Eff with Sweat PT was featured in an article that was posted in Club Solutions Magazine. We are grateful for our wonderful clients that are like family to us. Below is a short excerpt from the article.
How long have you been a customer of Paramount Acceptance? Since 2008.
What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership?
RE: Amazing, to be honest with you. I wouldn’t use anybody else. Their customer service is fantastic. Billing companies are notoriously going to have bad names, which is understandable because they are oftentimes the “mean guys.” That’s not the case with Paramount Acceptance. Their customer service is such that I don’t get a lot of blow back from members. They are just really customer friendly and it’s extremely helpful for me.
What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?
RE: I would say the direct benefit to the members is I have specific reps who are assigned to my company. They know my policies, my procedures, and they work a lot like my back office. It really helps us make sure we’re making the right decisions at the right time for the right reasons, and it helps the member tremendously. It’s great to be able to have a member come in and say, “Hey, I have an issue with this. Is there any way I can move my billing date?” And instead of putting a ticket in on the computer or waiting 12 to 24 hours to get a response, the member can walk out right then with an answer. It is the most important thing I tell anybody who is talking to me about Paramount Acceptance. It really reduces a ton of customer service issues.
Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with Paramount Acceptance in any way?
RE: They listen to us, and change and update their systems to meet our needs. Whatever issues I have or whatever ideas I might have, they are always open to making adjustments. Another thing I can’t stress enough is the human relationship. Their desire to want to make whatever changes the client needs is amazing. They’re not cookie cutter. They do stuff for me they don’t do for other people. The way I pay my trainers is unique, and a lot of the other billing companies couldn’t set it up – but Paramount Acceptance had no problem.
