CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – No Nights or Weekends

We provide gym software packages and member management services to fitness centers all across the country. We want individuals that are motivated to reach goals and provide excellent customer service while earning extra bonuses and rewards! As a Customer Service rep, you will contact customers and answer inbound calls to provide account resolution for members of the various gyms we service. Full time and part time positions are available with schedules Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate with customers, understand their needs and provide quality service
- Analytical skills to understand accounts and provide accurate account resolution
- Skilled in Windows environment including Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer
- Customer service oriented attitude
- Goal oriented and success driven
- Consistent attendance history
- Reliable
Compensation:
- Up to $14.00 an hour
