Member Management – Signature Alerts

Signature alerts are here for Pulse! When a contract or waiver needs signing, Member Management alerts you so the member can sign when they visit you. This allows you and your staff to make sure everything gets signed in a timely manner. Simply click on the alert and your member will be prompted for the corresponding signature.

Member Management – Schedule Club Payment 

Your member’s billing needs to change from time to time. Whether it’s on account purchases or paying membership dues in advance, Member Management lets you schedule payments for your members. Find the corresponding service and pick a date that works for them in the future.

Scheduler – Sub Board

Can’t make it to a class you are scheduled to teach? No problem! With our Class Sub Board, you can post a request for a sub and have other instructors claim your class. Management can then approve the change directly through the scheduler.
