Sally Strong Service Project

Over 3 years ago our very own Sally Akiona was diagnosed with colon cancer. Sally is our VP of Operations and in many ways is the heart of the office. After a year of treatments, we were very happy that her body had reacted well and was now cancer free.

Unfortunately, at the beginning of this year we received the sad news that she had Breast Cancer. Once again, Sally had to fight through weeks and months of painful and long treatments.

This October she received the great news that her body once again reacted well to the treatments and that she was cancer free. To celebrate HER and Breast Cancer Awareness Month we organized a SALLY STRONG SERVICE PROJECT! Where we cut and tied over 35 blankets to donate to the hospital where Sally received chemotherapy treatments.

We are so proud of Sally and the example she is to our office. We want everyone who is touched by cancer to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
