Scheduler Updates

At Paramount we keep working hard to make our software better for you. The scheduler is one example of that. Listed below are a few of the recent updates we have made.

• New appointment types: we added several new appointment types, all of which can be viewed in the scheduler. Prospect tours, recurring group appointments, block out times, and more.
• Schedule prospects with member appointments: have a prospect that wants to try out a group training session? You can easily add prospects to existing appointments to help in the sales process.
• Rescheduling appointments: you can reschedule any appointment, class or other time shown on the scheduler by dragging and dropping it to another spot. Did you have a trainer call in sick today? Drag appointments between employees to reschedule any appointment. You can extend or shorten appointments by clicking and dragging as well.
• Changing block out time descriptions: you can add multiple types of appointments to block out times on the scheduler for meetings, lunches, time off, or anything else your facility needs.
• Improved navigation: date picker tools allow you to jump to certain dates quicker without needing to click through each day or week individually.
• Adding Notes: add notes to any member directly from the appointment or class in which they are enrolled.
• Recurring class enrollment: members can sign up for classes on a recurring basis. This includes options to manage no-shows and unenroll members who repeatedly miss a class, keep enrollment clean and hassle-free for your staff.
