Software Updates to PULSE

It’s a new year and we have new software updates for you on Pulse. We’re also working on exciting updates for 2019. We’ll highlight some of these developments below so keep reading.

New Pulse Updates

• Mobile Guest Entry – Whether it’s a guest courtesy card, one-day pass, or a liability waiver that needs to be signed, our Guest Pad gives you the flexibility you need. This tool allows you to customize things to suit your needs. You can add a series of questions as a type of fitness evaluation, customize the text for a liability waiver, add a logo or image, and more. At the bottom of the form, guests sign with their finger or a mouse.

• Leads Tool Enhancements
  • Summary page- This is your dashboard for all things leads. You can see unread messages, stats on your gym and personal training leads, see unassigned leads, as well as your activity or the activity at a given location.
  • One-on-one messaging – Quickly send individual messages to your leads as you work them, direct from the Leads Tool. It feels like you’re on your phone messaging the leads.
  • Touches tracking – You can see the touches you’ve had on a particular lead. This gives you a quick idea if a particular lead needs more attention and communication.

Upcoming Pulse Updates

• Facility Scheduler – We’re working on a separate facility scheduler page, similar to how an employee or work schedules are setup now. As an example, tennis court scheduling could be managed via the facility scheduler. You will be able to have a court schedule that can be booked by members, reserved by tennis pros, or blocked out for clinics or tournaments. All these events will be viewable from the location schedule as well.

• Member Management Online – We are currently working on making FDM functionality available on Pulse. This includes the ability to check members in, edit their information, view their agreements and takes actions, update billing and take payments, see who’s here, and much more. This exciting development will be showcased at IHRSA (booth #3829). Make sure to come visit us for a sneak peek of what coming.
