2: AUDIO WORKOUTS – According to Scott Levy, the founder of Daily Spot app, the biggest trend at the moment is audio workouts. What’s the appeal? These apps provide expert guidance from an instructor atop a music play list to keep you motivated.

3: FITNESS TRACKERS / WEARABLE TECH – Though this isn’t necessarily a new trend, it’s a trend that keeps on building. There is a reason why companies like MYZONE and others are doing so well. People are going crazy for better technology that helps them track their workouts.

4: GROUP TRAINING / TEAM BASED WORKOUTS – This is another one that won’t surprise many readers, however, with the popularity of SoulCycle, PureBarre, CrossFit, etc. this is a trend that isn’t going away. Group training is extremely popular and it’s important that you have some fun classes to offer your members.

5: EDUCATED AND CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS – Recently there has been a huge demand for certified and license professionals who know what they are doing. Health.com puts this as their fourth trend for what people are looking for in 2017. We completely agree. Having a professional and certified team is crucial to building and growing your fitness program.
